Over the Years, when our workload lightened up a bit, we sought and acquired land in order to develop retail centers. We designed and built the retail centers to have good solid foundations and structures with heavy duty concrete parking lots so that annual maintenance would be minimized. We maintain and manage all of our properties and take pride in each of our tenants knowing us personally.
